We are very sorry to have to record the sad death of Madelaine Cole who had been ill since the autumn.

Madelaine was one of our Community Councillors and was also the Secretary of the Community Assocation and member of the Hall Committee.

Madelaine had been involved with the Community Association since it was formed and took a very active part in all village events and activities, being involved with the Old School Garden project, childrens' workshops, viilage walk, Hall activities and events, as well as her duties as Community Councillor.

Madelaine's enthusiasm and friendly, positive, outlook will be missed by many and we extend our sympathy to her husband Bob.
