Hopefully all the snow and ice has now gone and we can continue with the matter of playing our bowls matches.

Already the first half of the season has passed and we are currently in 6th position.  This is quite respectable for us and we just hope we can hold our own and stay at about this level.

We have the Fred Hall Doubles competition coming up at Heatherton and have three pairs entering, so good luck. Just enjoy yourselves.

A warm welcome to our most recent new members : Viv, Sally, Allen and Ron.  All are proving to be enthusiastic and helping us recently to have two good wins, which were long overdue.

We are always on the lookout for new members, so please come and join us - you will be given a warm welcome.  Just get down to Llanteg Short Mat Bowls Club at Llanteg Village Hall on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7.00 pm for a downright good evening with us.  We look forward to seeing you.
